An interesting scene, well composed and rendered. It's obviously an area that just begs to be turned into something prettier, for better or worse. Probably better.

At the end of my street there's a boatyard, and just beyond it is the river where these boats are lined up waiting to be repaired. There is a lot of building work going on and the boatyard is scheduled to be closed and turned into flats, although we are promised some sort of marine / maritime / boaty replacement. Who knows? When the boatyard is gone my street will continue directly through to this beach, which I'm quite pleased about, but I hope the boaty replacement is more than just calling it Boatyard Boulevard, or
opening Popeye's Pizza Parlour.
