Is that guy serious about these? If so, he's a jerk. This sort of thing
would simply reinforce to shopping mall security guards the mistaken idea
that photography has to be licensed. 

Instead of showing a fake licence to such people one should use the simpler
expedient of telling them to fuck off and leave one alone.
