I agree. The Amtrak line between Pittsburgh and Philly makes about a zillion stops, which is nice for people commuting to or from either city. There is no express and there ought to be. The line that runs south out of St. Louis makes it's final Missouri stop in Poplar Bluff. It's next stop is 70 miles south in Walnut Ridge, Ar, bypassing countless little towns.
