That's true if you're reading Gmail on its web interface. If you use it as a server into your mail client, you never see your own posts which is baffling as they are incoming mail from PDML. If it behaved like any other mail client you'd have your copy in the 'Sent' folder plus the copy relayed from PDML in your 'Inbox'. For some frustrating reason Google filters out the PDML copy when sending to your own mail client. I gave up and now just read Gmail on the web interface.
