I think her main gripes were that the buttons were too small, and that there was no optical viewfinder. Personally, I love the Optio W series, and the new W80 looks really nice. As always, I can't afford one, but if I could it would be #1 on my list. Besides the nice specs, I really like the physical design of the thing.
