It must be my monitor that's waked then.  :-(
(I have yet to cough up the considerable amount of cash for a calibrating setup.)

I didn't really choose any tone (I spend to much time on the computer trying to decide these things), I just left it more or less how it was, plus a bit of highlight recovery in LR.

PS. It wasn't quite as dangerous as it sounds having bare feet because there was nothing but blue sky and bright moon over where I was, the lightening was a good 5-10 miles away.
