Jostein, I'm not surprised at all. I dunno if your problems repeated the same way with both K20D and K-7 but each new Pentax camera trashes Sigma flash compatibility. The Sigma probably needs an updated firmware.
BTW, Metz provides a USB port on the 58 anf 48 flashes which allows for firmware upgrades without seiding the flash back to the manufacturer.
