No condescension implied. I'm just bemused by why every announcement
of a new point and shoot by Canon causes so much flap and discussion,
even on lists that are not Canon centric.
This G11 isn't much smaller than the Olympus E-P1. At the same time,
it lacks interchangeable lenses and has a much smaller sensor. Why is
it so interesting to so many people?
Because it has Canon emblazoned on it's front?
