no but I had a rat bite my pinkie finger to the bone once and the surgeon in emergency forgot to put a local antibiotic into the wound... the infection crept up a hand tendon and then all the way to the elbow within two days, had to have my left hand opened and cleaned out pinkie tip to wrist base... now that was a blast... two weeks in hospital...
