4. What's the greatest number of lenses any one focal length (or focal-length 
class, such as 15 and 17mm, 28 and 30, 50 and 55, 77 and 85mm, 100 and 
105mm, 120 and 135, 135 and 150, 180 and 200). Don't include effective focal 
lengths via teleconverters.

        50mm with 4, followed by 55mm with 3.  Only three came with 
cameras.

5. If your partner had her/his way, how many lenses would you have left? (in 
my case: zero)

        The same. ( I bought her a Piano. :-)
