Are we? Doug has not said anything about it so far.
Ther actual domain registration should be cheap (I pay $10/year or less).
There are possibly other associated costs, such as hosting fees for the
mailing list itself, bandwidth fees, etc.
I'm sure Doug knows there are many of us willing to contribute, if he so
desires.
But he's never going to ask. Last time, I think Mark! or someone in
that neck of the woods (wedding photographer guy whose name I can't
recall at the moment - another Mark?) co-ordinated. I am still in limbo
(and likely to be forever) with Paypal so will lean on someone in the UK
to pass on my donation.
