A very well done high key effect. My only nit is that I'd rotate the image slightly anti-clockwise to get that sign post vertical (sorry, I'm a bit anal on horizontal horizons and vertical...er verticals...) Oh all right, another one! Maybe whitening the dark areas above the woman's head would give it an overall 'cleaner' look.
