certainly do. if you want my opinion, the r-strap is to my mind the
original. It has gone through a number of improvements on itself and
works like a charm; only gripe is that the underside of the shoulder
pad lets it slide off the shoulder and onto the chest too easily. The
sun sniper came to market the moment that california sunbounce dropped
the r-strap which they previously marketed in their own name without
so much as a mention of black rapid... no idea what happened behind
the scenes there but I am sure black rapid is still the maker and it
was a name change to avoid initial quality issues harming sales. I
believe this for two reasons: 1) california sunbounce had on their
German sun sniper FAQ a statement saying the switch took place to
protect consumers from inferior and dangerous products - can't believe
blackrapid would have let that stand short of losing an attempt to sue
sunbounce to smithereens over it, and 2) because their RS-7 looks to a
tee like the sun sniper with a label change - hence, you can buy
either one. the rs-2 I picked up two weeks before the name change
still works fine but what happened there still royally pisses me off
cheers
