Nice photo. Improvements? "Main light" is at 7 O-clock which puts nose shadow over eye. Would be improved with the "main light" to 10-11 O-clock. I'd also prefer the eyes be sharp, rather than the close hair. You've got a cute model there. I'd employ her often!
