How do you release a 'cocked' lever without a button?

Another lever. One lever to cock the shutter, another one to fire it, a third to select the aperture and on some shutters two more levers for preview and flash sync (i.e. choosing v, m or x). On mosts shutters the speed is set with a ring around the outside of the shutter. True, there are also a few knobs here and there but I stand by the no buttons or dials.

Which is not to say that I think that this was what KR meant, just that monkeys with keyboards will occasionally write Shakespeare.

Or, for that matter, photography websites.
