My ME Super died because of the stresses on the advance mechanism from my thumb. I had a winder ME II, but didn't use it much (and still don't with my new ME Super) because of the slight delay in firing and because the shutter button doesn't seem to have a 'stop' where it is about to fire...know what I mean? I didn't like the feel of it.
