At last - I have a whole load of questions on a great many subjects. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? Why do you want this job? If income and wealth rise in all quintiles of the distribution but rise most rapidly in the top quintile, is this good or bad? What is the ideal relation between the individual and the state?
