On other forums I saw several brackets for monopods. Most designs
level the monopod vertically and somehow position the camera/lens
combination with the nodal point above the monopod axis. After looking
closely at my ballhead I got this idea and it works perfectly without
any modifications and extra gear (except a few markers).
