And thanks for your response, too, Paul. The K20D hadn't occurred to me. The 
things you mention about it are appealing. Looks like a toss-up between the Kx 
and K20d. If I can find one in good condition at a reasonable price it might 
just be the K20D.

And my apologies to everyone for highjacking the thread. I should've changed 
the subject heading before starting to compose my message.
