I anxiously await the return of my K-7 from Pentax repair. I'll be watching for the UPS truck today!
I sent the camera in with a dust spot I could not remove. It was only visible at f 11 or smaller. I hope it's fixed now. On the phone, they quoted the repair as warrenty service for dust between the anti-aliasing filter and sensor in manufacturing. I think Rob Studdert suggested this possibility. I should know more today when it returns.
