OK, here it is. A straight 1000ppi scan made on a Nikon Coolscan 4000 scanner, both uncompressed and ZIPped.
The image was scanned on automatic, so there was no manipulation of it at all. I trimmed the black border for downloading purposes and slightly adjusted the gamma for this presentation. The photo was made using a Leica M3 and 50mm Summicron.
