I would not expect even that on a regular basis! V90 will 'retrain' every so often anyway. In the UK anything above 40K is good and the likely hood of getting reliably above 50K is rare. Don't know about the states though but I would expect the same. The difference in speed is not really going to be noticeable anyway as many other things are going to affect it as well. Unless you are downloading a lot of files the difference is not worth pursuing.
