It's a peculiar name for a restaurant. Obviously I can see the pun they're
aiming for, but it doesn't work ('place for meet' isn't good English) and
doesn't really make the place sound very appealing.

Bob, Israel is full of such (not so) mildly improper English phrases. The more amusing one, which I think I mentioned some time before, is "follow orange stripping" meaning to instruct the driver to follow the orange markings (striping?!) on the road. Orange is typically color of temporary such markings...

But as long as you're willing to eat meat, this is place rocks...
