I'm now safely ensconced in my hotel room in Rochester, ready to start the platinum printing workshop starting tomorrow at the George Eastman House. Right now I'm having a beer and watching "Men in Black" on cable TV. Life's small pleasures, eh? First thing tomorrow I'll get to do an 8-10 mile run with my old Rochester running group (among whom is my friend who is in charge the workshops at the GEH).
My department chair has suggested I might write up something about the workshop when I'm done so I'm thinking I'll put it on line for the perusal of the PDML and others. Also: Another running buddy who may be present tomorrow morning is a guy who works at Kodak. In the sensor division. He was bragging about being on the Pentax 645D CCD project last time I was in town.
