Hi,

This is the way the Tak 20/4.5 (and maybe the 24/3.5) hood is designed.
However (for you 67 fans) there is a version of the hood for the 105/2.4
- 90/2.8 that's designed the same way.  It rotates 180-degrees, and
looks like a bigger brother to the hood for the 35mm.  I use it on the
A*85/1.4.

Pentax has made some very fine lens hoods.
