I don't know that there are any real winners here, but I think Nick Cave cuts 
such an imposing figure that even the dull photos are somewhat striking.

Bit late to this one. Very striking set.

1st Ave looks like a fantastically intimate venue for Grinderman. Nick performs at quite large ones when he's here, which is a bit of a shame. They are a confronting band that deserves to be seen up close. You lucky sod
