Thanks for the props, everyone. I noticed the plug from Ned yesterday when several orders for the book popped up out of nowhere. I have an email from Ned to which I haven't yet replied (last week of classes - very hectic) but I'll thank him next. You guys come first, of course ;-)
BTW: The book orders I've had so far have been for the ebook version.
