Can't comment on the build quality of this particular unit but it is
shift only - shift is useful to correct perspectivic distortions
whereas what you're looking for is tilt, i.e. movement of the focal
plane to a non-perpendicular range. I figure shift is probably useless
to you. As far as tilt goes, your best bet would bei either
Schneider-Kreuznach or a large or medium format lens on a Zoerk tilt
adaptor. There are also DIY instructions floating around the web if
you have time or help.
