I am not a big user of FireFox, but I believe the way to do this is the following:
- Go to the Bookmarks menu - Pick "Organize Bookmarks" - Click on the third button on the toolbar (top) ... You should see a submenu with "Backup...", "Restore" menu, "Import HTML...", "Export HTML...". - Choose "Backup...", pick a location, and it will write a .json file there. - Move that file to the iMac. - Open FireFox, go to the Bookmarks organizer tool - Pick "Choose File..." from the bottom of the '"Restore" menu' noted above Firefox will now import all your bookmarks replacing whatever current set of bookmarks it has.
