I like the place because (a) they make very good espresso, and (b) it's a nice quiet place to go read or just sit and sip. Some of the past places I've frequented (Jet Fuel, The Commons, Manic, Mercury) seem louder and more congested. Capital is set up so that the ordering line-up is away from the seated customers, so that probably helps things feel more relaxed. It's also new, so while they seem busy enough, it's not as busy as some of the other, more established places. They may yet become a victim of their own success. It's on the south side of Queen, right near Brock or Dunn (maybe between the two?), if you're ever in the area. cheers, frank -- "Sharpness is a bourgeois concept." -Henri Cartier-Bresson -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
