K-5 and video recording

Has anyone tried video recording with the K-5? Are you able to get a smooth 
video at camera maximum resolution? Which cards do you need to do that?
My first attempt with class-10 16GB cards (either Extrememory or Silicon 
Power) is less than satisfying as movement is not smooth. Audio is rather 
faint too, but that's another story.
