It's really important with higher ISO noise on the K20 to crank the Colour noise slider up a bunch in ACR or LR. Sometimes just pulling it up to 50 fixes any colour aberrations without messing up detail.

I always found the noise dithering to be already fairly film-like in the K20. Your examples in the K-5 show me that Pentax has continued that process and improved it.
