Haha, paypal gives them my address and that works fine for most cases unless a 
phone number is also required. The main problem here is that nobody knows who 
TNT Post gives their packages to at our end, our national post and EMS can't 
recognize their tracking number and TNT here doesn't deal with "normal" mail. 
So even though I might have tracking information for the package I don't even 
know who to harass about delivering it or how they could identify the package 
even if they had it.

At first I had decided not to sweat it and just make the seller resend it at 
their expense but the more I think about it the less confident I am that this 
package will ever surface at either end
...and resending it seems like yet another gamble.
