Sucking has always seemed to me like the most worthwhile cleaning activity because it has the greatest potential of actually removing dirt that has not yet glued itself to the sensor. You don't really need a lot of power to suck out dust and especially with the Pentax stabilized sensors I would avoid using high power for the fear of breaking the shake reduction. As for whether this particular solution sucks..
