They call it a "photo finish" when , in order to tell who won, they have to look at a photo of the end of the race -- The horses crossing a finish line in a race trigger the exposure... they used to ahve to wait for the photo to be developed
to tell who won...

but as to the joke -- I think maybe you didnt read the subject line as part of the whole...

Scratching my head here. OTOH, if that horse wins I'm certain Ann would like a photo of Kentucky Derby after he (she?) crosses the finish line. So, here you have it - the same words in the different order in a different sentence.
