I have no idea about Australia, but my local B&W printer in Belmont,
Massachusetts (USA) also does IR conversions:

If you e-mail or call for info you'll probably deal with Eric, the
owner. Feel free to let him know Miserere sent you; hopefully he'll
remember me (I haven't had anything printed in a while).

Note: I've never used their IR conversion services, only their
printing; they're always been friendly, professional and
accommodating, and produced some very nice prints.
