Nice shot, Dave. You even got the caterpillar, all that's missing is the tiny opium pipe.
But I have a suggestion. Perhaps the left hand pair of mushrooms only, with the emerging buttons lined up above them, would be a stronger shot. That would also avoid the half sharp, half soft look of the wood which comes from including the nearer mushroom in the DOF. It would be better if it was either all soft or all sharp. The right hand mushroom also deserves its own picture because it has the more pleasing drapery effect. photo.net behaved itself for me, because the banner advert's colours were sympathetic to your photo. But I've more times had Bob W's experience, especially when the banner is taken up by a certain Australian electronics retailer with its lurid yellow corporate identity and in-yer-face flashing, animated graphics. THe advert selection is a lottery that loses more than it wins. It has no business sitting so closely over the display picture the way it does. regards, Anthony "Of what use is lens and light to those who lack in mind and sight" (Anon) On 3 June 2011 08:04, David J Brooks <pentko...@gmail.com> wrote: > I have a few old pieces of wood up against some fences trying to keep > the wild life out and the cats in. > > I think they have been there longer than i thought > > http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=13299712 > > Dave > > -- -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
