Since there's nothing from PMA, I spent a few moments making a spreadsheet
that shows some of our beloved glass at the new focal lengths we may see on
a DSLR:

Of interest:  At 1.6x, the 31mm replaces my prime of choice at 50mm.  And
our 50mm's become our portrait lenses.
At 1.4x (not likely, IMHO), the 20-35mm becomes a 28-50mm.
At any multiplier, a 400mm becomes a (more) awesome wildlife lens
