Hi Mick,

Some light leaks are normal.  Be sure to have the area around the
enlarger painted a flat black, or covered with a black cloth that will
absorb, rather than reflect, the light.  As long as the light doesn't
reflect on to the paper, you should be OK.  Of course, test for fogging,
IAC.

Oh, I like to wear dark clothes in the darkroom.  It's possible that
light reflecting off a white shirt may affect the results.  The truth
is, I don't think I ever noticed that, but heck, it's no trouble to
throw on a dark shirt or sweatshirt ...
