Thanks eryone for watching. Joseph: Move slowly and hide your face behind a big camera. A ringflash also helps. I set the output power to 1/16 and the camera on drive mode. It takes app 20 shots for one sharp shot. The difficult part is getting a background properly exposed with a ringflash. Sometimes i move something in frame with my camerafree hand. A fly doesn't like that.
Yes the middle crop of the the lensdrops is my favorite also.
