If you buy 2 or more, B&H will sell you 8GB Sandisk Extreme
Class 10 SDHC cards for $20 each, with free shipping.

The Sandisk part number B&H quote on their website is the
one for the 30Mb/sec cards (aka Extreme III), so these
should be good enough even for those who own (or who are
considering) a K-5.

You can still get cheaper cards - a Transcend class 10
card is about 2/3 of that price - but the extra bandwidth
might make paying a bit extra worthwhile if you anticipate
shooting fast enough to fill up the buffer, or shooting a
lot of HD video. And most other places (including Amazon)
still want $30 or more for the Sandisk cards, so $20 is a
pretty good price for these (for today, anyway).

According to Rob Galbraisth's SD card testing site, these
perform quite well in a variety of (Canon or Nikon) bodies.
