te-rra-'zzi-no

'te' like in 'ten'
'rra' the 'rr' sound like in 'wrong', 'a' sound like in 'ash'
'zzi' i sound like in 'hit'
'no' 'o' sound like in 'on'

Italians usually get it right ;-)

'Fernando', like in the Abba song -I know most of you are old enough
