Nice shot. I doubt I'd want to get that close to  it. Slippery footing.

Well, evidentially tourists are climbing around on  rock in Yosemite in 
sandals. People used to know that hiking boots are good for  that. I guess they 
are thinking these locations are some type of amusement park  where 
everything has been made safe for them, not nature. I can't figure it out,  
personally. 

Unless sitting at a computer too much makes people forget  that reality can 
be dangerous.

This is about where a Japanese student lost her balance while  straddling 
the fence, and was swept over the falls to her death a couple of  weeks ago.  
The roar, wind, and spray from the falls has to be experienced  to be 
believed, and one would think they would discourage any sort of  gymnastics.
