I'd guess that it is a 1937 Holden.

Well, it looks most like a 1937 Chevrolet Master Deluxe.
Distinctive shape of the grill. The little series of ridges that taper
off down the hood at the top corners of the radiator grill. Since it
is in Australia, it is probably a Holden, since they build GM vehicles
in Australia from the early 30s.

It doesn't show the 4 door sedan (compare chevrolets to see the body
style) but the page above shows the distinctive design on the hood
flaps.
