I ryan the image through PS again.

It looks a bit better, but still has problems, largely related to the
fact that it was inadvertently shot at ISO 1600.
Nevertheless, I am really puzzled at the legs and shoes of the Amigo
on the left. bizarre indeed, and I can't explain why they look like
that.
Crop it horizontal & cut 'em off at the knees (so to speak) and don't
worry about the legs.
