Not very surprising that they decided to merge the EOS-1D and EOS-1Ds
lines into a single camera. And it's completely unsurprising that the
1.3 crop factor is now gone. It *is* a little surprising, given the
rumors of Nikon and Sony going to 30MP or more, is that it's 18
megapixels. Sounds like they're really going after the low noise
approach with big pixels.
