Picked up yesterday one of the FA 28-80/3.5-5.6 lenses. It sits on my K-x. Did a little shooting. Judging only from recollection, it seems to have a sharper center than did the older F version. But the edges are still a little softer than I would like. Still, a decent-enough (with any cropping) and inexpensive every-day lens.
