Ummm... are you talking about her nipple? It is tiny, and I see how
it could be mistaken for a blemish, but I'm not sure what the
protocol there would be. I think 6-week-olds are allowed more leeway
in the wardrobe malfunction department... but maybe it's just
distracting?
Or maybe there's another spot I'm missing...

If it can be "mistaken for a blemish", treat it as you would any other
blemish.
