A lot depends on whether or not they are in working condition, so she really needs to have somebody with Leica experience take a look at them. If by chance they are near-mint then their value to a collector could be much greater than if they are clean users. If they are in good cosmetic and working condition (clean users), I'd estimate $250-300 for the IIIa body. I don't have a good feel for the two wide angle lenses but the Hektor 135 is probably worth $100-150. If pressed I'd guess that the two wides are worth a bit more than that. If you don't use FleaBay I'd suggest listing them at RangefinderForum.com and GetDPI.com, as many Leicaphiles hang out there.
