Jostein,  

I can read the specifications, and the dxomark scores.  It's your gut level 
that I'm interested in, because that is what can't be enumerated into a simple 
one dimensional number.

My guess is that where the difference is most noticeable is on prints, 
especially large prints. But, I've not seen any prints from a 645D in person.
